People
John Zeis and Scott Castanon started Symbient in 2004 with the simple idea that by focusing on what we know, we could be the best high volume medical product company in the world.
We then went out and found other people that shared our passion for designing and developing these types of products. People that appreciate the complexities and details required to develop something that will replicated in the millions, yet must work every time. The people include machinists that do not sacrifice precision for speed. They also include engineers that have spent as much time in the prototype shop and the production floor as they have behind a computer.
If you are one of these people, we are interested in hearing from you.
